Sorry for lack of updates

I've been busy setting up Pidgin and the Google Talk Video Chat / Skype plugin. More on that later.

A real update is that there is now a 100 ft Ethernet cable going from the router to my bedroom for "convenience".

    Hi,
    I've seen Your post on Raspberry Pi forum about MCE Remote Control

    Can You share how to make it works with RPi ?
    I need this for my house automation ( very cheap one ;) ) and on windows i could receive and send IR signals, can be this done with RPi as well ?

    Hi,

    I saw that you are using the same monitor like me (2001FP) which I cannot get working.
    Currently I am using Arch Linux on my Cubox-i2Ultra and I wonder if you could give me a hint how I can get this guy working. During bootup, something is displayed but after the kernel is loaded it shows Can not display mode. Which bootargs are you using for example.
